H2Observe™ stands behind its products. If within 90 days of purchasing your Observer, you are not satisfied for any reason, you may take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee. If your H2Observer™ fails to work, contact us about our 1-year limited warranty. We may be able to determine the problem with your product or replace it if necessary.

Warranty Service

H2observe™ will replace your product within 1 year of the original retail purchase, if either is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase. Save your receipt as proof of date of purchase. Returned products must be shipped prepaid and packaged appropriately, and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides tracking of the package. H2Observe™ is not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged during transit.

Not covered under warranty (all H2Observe™ models)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading.
