Order Tracking:
Upon shipment H2Observe™ will generate a FedExTracking Number. If you wish to track your package please login to your account and navigate to Retrieve Orders. There, you will find the details to your order.

Product Availability:
Most products ship within 48 hours of order placement. There are some specialty products that have a longer lead-time and you will be notified of those lead times through e-mail correspondence from our Customer Service Department. H2Observe™ will do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible and notify you of the estimated time of delivery.
